Blog report #14

It’s my blog report #14. Ye seul and I met yesterday as we planned,  the project was going well. I bought a white thick poster board to make our final portfolio. We decided to put 14 pictures on the board, it contains 5 project pictures, 5 best photos from me and 4 best shots from Ye seul. Originally, Ye seul planned to put 5 best shots from her camera but we don’t have enough space on the board so she decided to put just 4 pictures.  Overall, we've done the Korean nation flag project, AJHS letters, and sky changing. We will meet again this weekend and we will be done with the heart shape and JH cross letters. During I make the Korean national flag project, the photo shop didn't work properly but soon I had a solution and coped successfully. It was little bit tough but I feel very meaningfully because I learned many things about the photo shop program. And we will write a description on this Friday 20%project time for each picture.

Blog report #13

This is my blog report report 13. The last week was almost last week to prepare our final portfolio, so we tried to finish our projects. We planned to meet last week Saturday or Sunday but unfortunately we couldn't meet because we had some appointments. So we will meet this week, I think it will be Saturday or Sunday. If we meet, we will go to mart to buy a big poster board for our final portfolio and some materials for decorating it. We plan to hang pictures on a rope with long tongs. There will ne three ropes on a poster board and we will hang about 20 pictures or more. Also we will decorate the poster board with some stickers or drawing something about our project. We didn't decide detail things yet so we will decide some final things when we meet this week. After we have a meeting, I will write the progress in my next blog report.

Blog report #12

This is my blog report #12. Last week, we decided few things about our projects. First of all, we changed our final plan. We had chosen power point presentation for our final portfolio but we thought that was too common and is not memorable. So, we thought using a poster board is much better than creating power point. We will fill it with our flag, heart shape, JH cross (letters), sky changing and AJHS (letters). We will put our flag in the middle of the poster board and fill another spaces with other ones. I think it will be a nice final portfolio which is very memorable and meaningful. Second, we started on JH cross letters project. We make each letters with using variety materials such as shoes, rocks or handwriting. And that project will be finished with stick them together. We are planning a meeting for finishing up our 20% project. I think it will be this weekend and we will try to finish up our project.

Blog report #11

This is my 11^th blog report. Last week, I tried to get finished on my flag project but there were some difficulties to finish. We had to use photo shop program to get stuck the pictures to make a flag form. However, Photo shop program is too advanced to use for me. I searched for solution but it didn't work well for me. I really will get finished the flag in several days. Today, I made ‘AJHS’ letters with banana. Our plan was not that one but I wanted to increase skills to take pictures. I took pictures from all the different angles and tried to know the differences. I promised with Mrs. Raville that I will be going to take pictures from different angles and know the differences from last Friday group conference. I did it but I didn't catch something enough, so I will try again as soon to know direct differences.

Blog report #10

This is my 10^th blog report. Last week, I looked up some information about how to use a photo shop program. I knew that there are so many things that I can do with it such as making a picture likes a painting. I can make it with one simple touch and it was new to me. I thought I can use it when I edit my pictures for the 20% project. Last Friday, Mrs. Raville told us that we have not enough time to finish up the projects. I think we did half of our project until now. We have to boost up and should have something to make our final presentation portfolio. Our this week goal is to finish the flag project which is decorated with Korean foods. It’s really excited to wait to see a nice result of our project! I will report our result on this week blog report. Thank you.

blog report #9

This is my blog report #9. I went to a trip last week so unfortunately I couldn't participate on my project. However, I took many pictures during the trip. I think it helped to gain my ability in photography. I went to Los Angles  Grand Canyon, Bryon Canon, Yosemite Park, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. This trip was little bit tough to me but I think it was very meaningful and it was really beautiful also. And I met a person during the trip who is really like to take pictures, he gave me advises about photography. He showed me some pictures that he took before, those were really awesome and professional. I thought I can be as him after more practices and more efforts. Those pictures really motivated me about photography, so I will be learning more passionately than before. Finally, these are pictures that I took while I’m traveling!

Blog report #8

This is my 8^th blog report. Actually this week, we haven’t done anything. We just checked our progress and planned to make a nice final presentation. We downloaded photo shop program to make one shape with sticking multiple pictures. I felt the photo shop program is really hard to control. I've seen many lessons in Korean cite about how to do photo shop. To get better job, I need to learn how to control photo shop. It’s almost different with paint (which is in our computers) program. Photo shop needs detail hand skill to revision pictures than Paint program. Of course, photo shop program has more functions than Paint. It’s all helpful functions and also it was new to me. I think controlling photo shop is also need to us to make good results. I will be trying to learn more about photo shop, and we will start our new one as soon as possible!
